					<description>Utah Democrats did a firehouse primary in 1992, too. Chairman Dunn did a fine job of organizing the "firehouse" primary in 2004, but the decision to do so was taken under the leadership of his predecessor, Meg Holbrook, who saw it through the DNC rules process.</description>
